Aaron Ramsey could become Everton’s first signing of the transfer window after Cardiff accepted a £5 million offer from Everton. Manchester United and Arsenal have also had bids accepted by the Welsh club.

Ramsey may be lured to Goodison park with both his current manager and assistant manager playing for Everton. Raysey could also be lured by the chance of first team football at Goodison, whereas Man Utd would be sending Ramsey back on loan to Cardiff for two years.
